About Us

Who we are? and What we do?

The Dromankese Indigenous Women Farmers Group is grassroots, women-led agricultural cooperative based in Bono East, Ghana. Our group consists primarily of single mothers and rural women committed to using sustainable farming to drive economic independence, food security, and community resilience.

We specialize in the cultivation of cashew, maize, yam, groundnuts, pepper, and beans, along with small-scale livestock farming. We also process cashew fruits into juice and alcohol and sell the cashew nuts as an income-generating product.
